These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.australianvisaplanners.com.au and www.partnervisaplanners.com.au (together referred to as “the Sites”). The Sites are owned and operated by Australian Visa Planners Pty Ltd (ABN 56662972090), trading under the registered business names Australian Visa Planners and Partner Visa Planners, a provider of migration advice and visa assistance services. By accessing or using either Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

Intellectual Property

All content published on the Sites—including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, documents, videos, and downloadable files—is the intellectual property of Australian Visa Planners Pty Ltd and its content creators/memberships. This content is protected by Australian intellectual property laws and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment. This includes not using the Sites to commit any unlawful acts, upload malicious software, or disrupt the functionality of the Sites. Sale of Services

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services advertised and sold via the Sites, including paid consultations, document checks, application preparation services, and form access. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of service descriptions, pricing, and images, we do not guarantee they are error-free. Your decision to purchase services through the Sites is made at your own discretion and risk.

We reserve the right to amend, refuse, or cancel service orders. If a payment has been processed for an order we cancel, we will issue a full refund. It is your responsibility to verify the receipt of any refunds through your bank or payment service.

Payments

We accept Credit Card and PayPal as payment methods through the Sites. If we believe that a payment may violate legal regulations or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.

Refunds

Refunds are provided in line with the Australian Consumer Law, under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. These Terms do not override your rights under Australian consumer protection legislation. In case of a conflict, the relevant legislation will apply.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party sites, and linking to them does not imply our endorsement.
